Thavan Champion, Founder

Thavan founded CZP to utilize her talents, knowledge, education and expertise in aiding to the successes of other individuals and businesses.  She has over 22 years experience as a professional paralegal, executive legal assistant, and administrator, and over a decade of professional experience in graphic design, and event and project management.

Lawyers and the legal industry are very unique, so why not partner with CZP, a firm that specializes in this profession?  Thavan and her team at CZP truly understands the nature of the legal profession and the art of handling different personalities having worked with high-profile clientele, lawyers, corporate professionals, small business owners, financial advisors and consultants.

Thavan provides CZP clients with stellar service, utilizing her left-brain analytical skills and right-brain creativity, natural leadership qualities, education, real-world professional experience, and love for detail, to effectively and efficiently help CZP partners achieve their goal and vision.  She has successfully coached CZP partners through hard times by working closely with them to resolve conflicts and improve performance, which are essential in producing positive results, succeeding in their existing and new ventures.

Armed with a bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin and more than 30 years of sales and business experience, both on a national and international level, Doug demonstrates success through consistently placing the needs of the client first, and focusing on maximizing the results of every partnership. His superior business acumen and astute attention to detail compliment Thavan’s creative project management style and intuitive zen methodology. He has served high-level clients, managed at the director level and provided training to other associates due to his experience level. Doug’s leadership and successful business approach is an asset for every project or event that needs to be handled professionally and effectively, and he works closely with Thavan to help CZP deliver on this commitment to all of our clients.

Scott Patterson
Communication Specialist

Scott Patterson is a professional writer and public relations specialist whose work has contributed to websites, publications and blogs nationally. His public relations pitches have resulted in media placements including the Dallas Morning News, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes and Business Week, among many others. Scott has been writing and editing professionally for more than 20 years after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin, with nearly 10 of those years involving public relations, web writing and marketing, blogging and social media experience. As a consultant, Scott can help clients get on the right track to craft an effective message, develop a theme in writing and reach out to social and traditional media. He is also a contributing editor for CZP publications and the website.
